Our most important pillar. The question isn't "Is this perfect?" It's "Does this accomplish what we needed?" If yes, you're done.
No blaming, no finger-pointing, no fear of being "in trouble." Own mistakes out loud and work forward on facts. Call yourself out and fix it, and don't shame others for theirs.
